TACS is designed to help our customers manage their Inventory and Reduce costs and headaches in the procurement and maintenance of perishable tooling. TACS

The mission of Advanced Tool, Inc. has always been a very straightforward, simple concept.. To make the very best cutting tool that technology, skill, and material would allow. From this fundamental principle we built our product, which is accepted as the one of the highest quality cutting tool lines in the markets we serve. Unfortunately that is not enough anymore.

To meet the demands of today's relentless "better faster cheaper" economy, the value we provide our customers must make a meaningful difference in their production cost. That is why Advanced Tool has developed Total Advanced Cutting System, a comprehensive program to reduce the cost of the cut. Fully applied, TACS will dramatically reduce the total cost of your cutting tools while increasing both productivity and efficiency in your production line.

Consider... The initial cost of a cutting tool is but a minor element of the cost stream. When compared to the cost of determining the right tool, managing the supply stream, investing in the inventory and attendant shrinkage due to loss, obsolescence, etc. and then add the cost and incredible inefficiency of maintaining a cutting tool inventory, the difference in the price of a good tool or a cheap one is inconsequential. What if there was a way to outsource the entire cutting tool process, from the design stage, through regrind and repair to replacement without sacrificing control, cost, or efficiency.

TACS might be the answer...
